PRIVACY POLICY

Roatan Daily Report

Last updated: June 2025

1. Overview

Roatan Daily Report ("the App", "we", "us") is a private, server-side automation pipeline operated by Madison Keith. It publishes a nightly bilingual events report to a set of Facebook Pages owned and

managed by Madison Keith through Meta Business Manager. The App is not a consumer product. It does not have a user-facing interface, it does not invite public users to log in, and it does not collect personal information from any person other than the administrator who operates it.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to the Roatan Daily Report Facebook App (App ID: 2017984815456818). It governs how we handle any data that the App touches in the course of publishing nightly posts to the following six Facebook Pages:

Blue Wave Radio Live

Roatan Music Scene

The Roatan Directory

Blue Wave TV Roatan

Dine Out Roatan

Blue Wave Radio Deals

3. Data We Collect

The App collects and stores only the following data:

Facebook Page Access Tokens — long-lived tokens issued by Meta that authorize the App to post to each Page on behalf of the Page administrator. These tokens are stored in encrypted form on a private server controlled by Madison Keith.

Facebook Page IDs — the numeric identifiers for each of the six target Pages. These are used to direct API calls to the correct Page. They are not personal data.

The App does not collect, store, or process any of the following: personal information of any Facebook user, follower, or Page visitor; names, email addresses, or profile data of any person other than the app administrator; engagement data (likes, comments, shares, or reach metrics); advertising data or insights; payment information; or any data from third-party sources.

4. How We Use This Data

The Page Access Tokens and Page IDs are used exclusively to authenticate API calls to the Meta Graph API for the purpose of publishing the nightly Roatan Daily Report post to each of the six Pages. No data is sold, licensed, shared, or disclosed to any third party. No data is used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than post delivery.

5. Data Storage and Security

Page Access Tokens are stored in an environment configuration file on a private server with restricted file-system permissions. The server is not publicly accessible. Tokens are never written to logs, never transmitted to third parties, and never stored in version control repositories. The App administrator is solely responsible for maintaining the security of the server environment.

6. Data Retention

Page Access Tokens are retained for as long as the App is in operation. If the App is decommissioned, all stored tokens will be deleted from the server within 30 days. Token validity may also be revoked at any time by the Page administrator through the Meta Business Manager interface.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. The only external service the App communicates with is the Meta Graph API, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. All communication with the Graph API is governed by Meta's own Terms of Service and Data Policy. The App does not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, or other external services.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because the App does not collect personal information from any person other than its administrator, there is no user-data deletion process applicable to third parties. If you believe the App has collected your data in error, or if you have any questions about this policy, please contact:

Madison Keith

Email: keithmadisonmiller@outlook.com

Data deletion requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and fulfilled within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued operation of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Because the App does not collect data from public users, no affirmative notice of changes will be sent to third parties.

10. Contact

For any questions, concerns, or data-related requests, contact Madison Keith at keithmadisonmiller@outlook.com.
